Marketing/Sales Manager (Pharma/BioTech)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of both online and offline marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Establish and implement a comprehensive customer relationship management system to improve customer retention and optimize customer experience
- Sales Strategy Planning and Execution
- Design and oversee the implementation of sales strategies to support business goals and revenue targets. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts
- Competitive Analysis
- Conduct thorough research on competitor activities, gathering and analyzing data to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing strategy development and execution, or at least 3 years in sales within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in developing and implementing CRM strategies
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a deep understanding of industry-specific marketing and sales practices
