Job Title: Art Team Lead – Slot & Fish Games
Location: Taipei

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Art Team Lead with 10+ years of experience leading slot machine art teams, including strong familiarity with art styles and player preferences across the US, EU, and Asia markets. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in slot games and fish games, a strong visual eye, and a proven track record of managing both in-house and outsourced art teams.

Key Responsibilities:

*Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the art team, ensuring quality and timely delivery of all visual assets.

*Set team goals, define workflows, and manage timelines to meet production milestones.

*Collaborate with game designers, developers, and product managers to ensure art supports gameplay, marketing, and monetization goals.

*Provide feedback, training, and mentorship to artists, fostering skill growth and artistic excellence.

*Supervise and manage relationships with outsourcing partners, ensuring art standards and IP compliance.

*Use AI-assisted tools and software (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to accelerate workflows and ideation processes.

*Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, visual consistency, and pipeline scalability.

*Ensure stylistic consistency and high-quality output across multiple game titles and platforms.

*Act as the artistic vision holder in cross-functional meetings, aligning visuals with brand and business objectives.

Requirements:

*10+ years of experience in game art production, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on slot games and/or fish games.

*In-depth knowledge of slot game design aesthetics tailored to US, EU, and Asian markets.

*Collaborative mindset.

*Experience managing both internal teams and external vendors/outsourcers.

*Strong understanding of production pipelines and agile workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

*Hands-on experience with Unity or other game engines.

*Background in animation, VFX, or motion graphics is a plus.

*Familiarity with monetization strategies and art implications in free-to-play games.
