Deputy Sales Manager – (USA Trade Lane)

Position Requirements:

Sales Leadership Experience:
-Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Sales Manager at an NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) with a primary focus on exports to the USA trade lane.

Carrier Experience (Preferred):
-At least 5 years of experience working with an ocean shipping carrier in the USA trade is considered a strong advantage.

Sales Performance Track Record:

-Individual gross profit from USA export business in 2024 must exceed USD 500,000.

-The candidate's team gross profit for the same segment in 2024 should exceed USD 2 million.

Language Requirements:

Fluent spoken English is a must.

Strong written English is a plus.

Chinese language skills are a plus.
