Europe Managing Director - Scaffold Industry
Our client is is a global manufacturer and distributor of high-quality scaffolding systems and access equipment. They are committed to safety, innovation, and customer service excellence. With growing operations across Europe they are actively recruiting a European Sales Manager M/F.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets in Europe
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within the scaffolding and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids.
- Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and offer tailored scaffold solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support of client projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other business development initiatives.
- Regularly report on sales pipeline, performance metrics, and client feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the scaffold or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of scaffold systems; direct experience with OCTO systems is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand scaffold design requirements.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
