This person will ensure public safety for our clients. Support the growth and expansion of the company, and all business processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct inspections and surveys onboard ships.

· Supervise and support project-related activities as required.

· Travel to vessels at various ports, locally and overseas.

· Work closely with ship crew and clients to facilitate sample collection and visual inspections.

· Collect samples in compliance with relevant regulations.

· Prepare Visual Sampling Check Plans for each vessel.

· Document inspections through photographs and detailed location records.

· Coordinate with laboratories for sample submission and analysis.

· Prepare inspection reports in accordance with individual Classification Societies’ requirements.

· Liaise with Classification Society surveyors/engineers to address and resolve comments.

· Support project coordination tasks as assigned.

· Assist with administrative duties and other ad-hoc responsibilities when required.

Job requirements

· Diploma or higher in any discipline, preferably Maritime or Engineering.

· Open to fresh graduates; full training will be provided.

· Prior experience in the maritime or shipping industry is an advantage, but not essential.

· Proficiency in both English and Korean (spoken and written) is mandatory.

· Willingness to travel locally and overseas; ability to work beyond regular hours when required.

· Physically fit and medically healthy.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

· Strong willingness to learn with a proactive, hands-on attitude.

· Able to meet tight deadlines, with a customer-centric and service-oriented mindset.
