This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and building strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. As a key member of the team, you will coordinate closely with colleagues and partners to support operational efficiency and deliver a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the main communication point for customers, suppliers, and shipyards in Korea.

· Learn and make effective use of our internal systems and software tools.

· Attend and support project Kick-Off Meetings and help monitor project progress.

· Stay updated on relevant regulations and offer guidance to stakeholders when needed.

· Work with various teams to ensure accurate documentation for system and database setup.

· Translate presentations, manuals, and other documents from English to Korean.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or higher in any discipline, preferably Maritime or Engineering.

· Fresh graduates are welcome; full training will be provided.

· Prior experience in the maritime or shipping industry is an advantage, but not essential.

· Proficiency in both English and Korean (spoken and written) is mandatory.

· Willingness to work beyond regular hours when required.

· Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach.

· Adaptable and resilient, able to perform effectively in fast-paced, changing environments.

· Self-motivated with a positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
