This position will be responsible for the proper material preparations for the production of the finished product while performing visual in-process inspection of output. Provide leadership to warehouse department staff through education and example of the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures. 

• Follow specified and trained work-order instructions

• Pulling of material items for pre-production processing

• Makes recommendations to management with respect to product and process improvements

• Assists with physical inventory

• Maintains the expected business level of quality control on all items produced

• Performs other related duties as required

• Coordinate warehouse staff work assignments

• Coordinating and reviewing warehouse staff training

• Monitor and report warehouse staff productivity

• Attention to detail and ability to follow written and directed work instructions.

• Ability to coordinate and work with team members in a professional manner.

• Requires basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplicatio,n and division

• The ability to pull, push, grasp, bend, lift, and carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
