Head of Global Account Management
A fast growing SaaS company is seeking a Head of Account Management to lead and scale a high performing global AM organisation. This is a high impact leadership role owning retention, expansion, and long term customer value across a diverse portfolio of strategic clients. You will build the playbooks, processes, and performance culture that turn post sales into a core revenue engine.
This role is ideal for a proven AM or CS leader who thrives in fast paced environments, enjoys building teams and systems from the ground up, and knows how to create an exceptional customer experience while driving measurable commercial outcomes.
What You Will Do
• Lead and develop a global team of Account Managers across multiple customer segments
• Own retention, expansion, renewals, and revenue growth across hundreds of key customers
• Build scalable processes, playbooks, and methodologies that elevate AM performance
• Partner with product, support, and sales to create a unified customer lifecycle
• Step in as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts when needed
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting models that guide operational excellence
• Hire, coach, and grow high performing AM talent as the function scales
• Build rigorous QBR, value realisation, and adoption frameworks
• Influence GTM strategy through customer insights and data driven recommendations
What You Bring
• Experience leading AM or Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record driving expansion, renewals, and NRR improvement
• Strong operational instincts with the ability to build structure at speed
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills
• Comfort working directly with enterprise level customers
• Passion for developing people and building high trust teams
• Ability to thrive in a high growth, high accountability environment
• Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable being hands on
