Recruitment Associate (Korean Speaking)- HCMC based
Role Overview
As part of the Global Expert Recruitment (Expert Matching Team), you will play a key role in identifying and connecting suitable experts for client projects. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to identify appropriate experts and execute creative recruiting strategies.
Responsibilities
Understanding Project Needs & Defining Ideal Expert Profiles
- Accurately understand project requirements based on project topics and client characteristics.
- Establish ideal expert profiles considering industry, target companies, departments, seniority level, and expertise.
Expert Recruitment (Core Responsibility)
- Source ideal expert profiles through LinkedIn, local recruiting platforms, internal databases, and professional networks.
- Reach out to experts via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to invite them to participate in specific client projects.
- Pre-screen and evaluate experts’ backgrounds and expertise before introducing them to clients.
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and experts and build long-term expert relationships.
Requirements
Background
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, or related fields.
- Fluency in both English and Korean (spoken and written) is essential for seamless communication with experts across Asia.
- Additional language skills are a plus.

- Competitive base salary (performance review and salary adjustment every 6 months).
