VP of Operations and Organizational Strategy
Overview
This role is built for a senior operator who can bring company-wide structure, discipline, and scalability to a fully remote, fast-growing organization. The entire company needs clearer systems, stronger leadership layers, and a unified operating framework. You’ll strengthen every internal team, partner with local leadership at the 150-person Philippine center to elevate their management capabilities, and ensure external vendors running sales campaigns operate with the same rigor and alignment as internal teams. A major focus is on preparing the organization to scale its campaigns and take on substantially more volume.
What You’ll Own
Your mandate is to install the structure and operating systems needed for sustained growth. You’ll partner directly with the CEO to redesign the organization for scale, expand management capacity, standardize processes, build KPIs, and establish an operating environment that supports rapid expansion of campaigns. This role touches every team and sets the foundation for predictable performance and aggressive growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead operational structure across all internal remote teams, defining expectations, processes, documentation, and performance systems.
• Strengthen and guide Philippine site leadership, setting clear operating frameworks, accountability mechanisms, and communication rhythms.
• Build the company’s organizational architecture: reporting lines, leadership layers, operating cadences, goal-setting structures, and decision-making paths.
• Create the systems, metrics, and dashboards that enable the company to scale campaigns confidently and sustainably.
• Develop team leads company-wide into stronger, more autonomous managers capable of supporting rapid growth.
• Oversee external vendors running sales campaigns, tightening performance oversight and aligning them with internal processes and growth goals.
• Diagnose weaknesses across teams, systems, and workflows; implement durable solutions that support expansion rather than break under pressure.
• Standardize communication norms, cross-team collaboration, handoffs, and accountability so growth does not create chaos.
• Work side-by-side with the CEO on organizational design, strategic priorities, and growth pathways for campaigns.
• Travel occasionally to the Philippines and other locations as needed.
What You Bring
• Senior leadership experience (5+ years) in high-growth startup environments.
• A track record of building structure in unstructured settings and scaling distributed teams.
• Experience designing company-wide operating systems, KPIs, and management layers.
• Ability to guide managers across regions, cultures, and time zones.
• Strong operational instincts with a focus on building for scale.
• Experience overseeing vendor-run or outsourced operations.
• Clear, decisive communication and a leadership style built around execution and accountability.
