About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead growth and market development in Nigeria’s industrial automation sector. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions to critical industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed annual targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Identify, onboard, and manage local partners and system integrators to strengthen the channel ecosystem.
Drive the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and contract closure.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies, and evolving customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5–10 years in sales within industrial automation or process control technologies.
Proven success in sectors such as Power Generation and Oil & Gas within Nigeria.
Strong network among end-users, EPCs, and system integrators.
Previous experience with major automation vendors or reputable system integrators.
Solid technical understanding of DCS, PLC, SCADA systems and instrumentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Chemical) or related discipline.
