Operation Specialist | Freight Forwarding

Key Responsibilities

• Booking Management: Receive booking requests from customers and issue instructions to liners, co-loaders, customs brokers, and trucking companies.

• Documentation: Prepare and manage Ocean and Air freight export/import documents, including MBL, HBL, and other related paperwork.

• Data Submission: Ensure timely and accurate submission of SI, VGM, AMS, ISF, and ENS manifest information.

• Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for internal departments, customers, vendors, and carriers to ensure smooth business operations.

• Finance Support: Manage the billing process and fee settlements.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma holder in logistic, supply chain management or other related discipline

• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

• Language: Fluent in both English and Chinese

• Location/Background: This role is specifically open to local Malaysian Chinese candidates.
