The Role
We are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to support the growth and evolution of our product and service portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, combined with pre-sales experience and a background in software development.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to uncover new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and shape solution strategies. Your ability to translate business needs into technical solutions will be key in delivering compelling presentations and enabling successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Partnered with Sales teams to drive deal success by aligning technical solutions with client business needs and value propositions
Led end-to-end discovery sessions to gather requirements, define scope, and translate insights into tailored solution proposals
Developed accurate effort estimations, project timelines, and high-level solution architectures to support commercial discussions
Built and delivered Proof of Concepts (POCs), prototypes, and demo solutions to validate feasibility and showcase business value
Collaborated with Engineering and Product teams to address technical gaps, propose enhancements, and ensure solution feasibility
Advised clients on alternative approaches to solve business challenges, balancing technical, operational, and commercial considerations
Engaged with stakeholders across all levels (technical teams to C-level) to present solutions, handle objections, and influence decisions
Acted as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, supporting negotiations and solution positioning
Identified and nurtured key client stakeholders as “sales champions” to drive internal buy-in and accelerate deal closure
Operated effectively in ambiguous environments, demonstrating strong problem-solving, ownership, and adaptability
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Technical Advisory role
Prior hands-on experience in software development is essential
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and senior business leaders
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
High level of ownership, attention to detail, and resilience
Familiarity with agile methodologies, delivery models, and commercial frameworks
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
