Are you a strategic Business Development Manager with a deep-rooted network in the APAC region? A leading creative marketing agency specializing in the video game and tech industries. is looking for a commercially-minded closer to join their team. What You’ll Be Doing
Drive Revenue: Independently deliver sales targets related to gross margin, new client acquisition, and conversion rates.
Own the Pipeline: Manage the full BD lifecycle, from initial outreach and prospecting to proposal and closing.
Collaborate Internally: Coordinate with creative, events, and strategy teams to ensure proposals are consistent and meet client needs.
Optimize Workflows: Identify opportunities to improve lead qualification, CRM workflows (HubSpot/Salesforce), and pitch formats.
Consultative Selling: Engage in deep discovery conversations to understand client pain points and shape agency solutions.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in Business Development or Marketing
Experienced in Gaming or Tech industry in a MUST
Candidate from both inhouse or marketing agency are also welcome to join
Highly fluent in English
Fluent Mandarin or Korean in a Plus
Confident in presenting to stakeholders and managing multi-market opportunities.
Prepared to travel nationally and internationally as required
