Duties

• Manage all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to inform strategic decision-making.

• Oversee account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, or potential issues requiring attention.

• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other platforms to streamline financial operations.

• Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and prepare necessary documentation.

• Lead budgeting processes by developing forecasts and monitoring financial performance against budgets.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering continuous improvement in financial procedures.

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant platforms.

• CPA required

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation.

• Excellent analytical skills for account analysis and financial reporting.

• Ability to develop budgets and perform variance analysis effectively.
