Data Platform Sales Leader (Snowflake & Databricks)
We are seeking a seasoned, results-driven sales professional to lead the growth of cloud data platform solutions, with a focus on Snowflake and Databricks. This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing complex sales cycles and building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation and closing
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive adoption of cloud data platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
Identify client needs and position Snowflake and Databricks solutions to deliver measurable business value
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the data and analytics space
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in data platforms, cloud, or analytics solutions
Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value deals
Strong knowledge of analytical data warehouses and modern cloud data ecosystems
Experience selling or working with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to build credibility with senior executives and technical stakeholders
