eDiscovery Manager (Senior)
We are looking for an experienced eDiscovery Manager to join our organization. Reporting to senior operations leadership, this role is central to managing complex, high-volume eDiscovery workflows through the strategic use of document review technology, process design, and project coordination.
About You
You bring:
At least 5 years in a senior analyst or eDiscovery role, with hands-on experience in large-scale document review platforms (Relativity strongly preferred)
Relevant post-secondary education in a related field from an accredited institution
Professional certification in electronic discovery (e.g., CEDS) is an asset
Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-party document-intensive projects with familiarity with applicable procedural rules and standards
Technical Proficiencies
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe
Practical experience with platforms such as Relativity, iPro, document management systems (e.g., NetDocuments or similar), collaboration tools, and practice management software

What You'll Do
Core Functions:
Lead end-to-end eDiscovery workflows across complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Deliver technical guidance and training to team members and internal stakeholders
Oversee the full lifecycle of document handling — collection, processing, review, and production
Support and mentor junior eDiscovery and document management team members
eDiscovery & Workflow Execution:
Assess project scope by identifying key data sources, custodians, relevant timeframes, and document parameters
Coordinate data collection efforts with internal teams and external vendors
Build and refine search and filtering strategies to surface relevant information efficiently
Manage review workflows including deduplication, tagging, categorization, and quality control
Handle data imports/exports and resolve technical issues as they arise
Prepare organized document sets and indexes for review and exchange
Support formal response preparation and structured document production processes
Assist in compiling comprehensive reference and hearing materials for high-stakes proceedings
Additional Duties:
Support research tasks and preparation of reference compilations using available research platforms
Track time and maintain awareness of project-related cost considerations
Stay current with evolving eDiscovery best practices through continuous learning and professional development
