Compensation
$90,000 – $125,000 + Bonus + Profit Sharing
The Opportunity
We are partnered with a highly specialized engineering and manufacturing company that designs and builds custom automated machinery used across North America.
This is not a traditional design role.
Engineers here are responsible for the full lifecycle of each machine — from concept and design through fabrication, testing, and final customer delivery. Every project is different, and your work is visible in real-world production environments.

What You’ll Be Doing
Design custom machinery and automated equipment using SolidWorks
Work with mechanical systems including conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and pneumatics
Develop detailed BOMs and mechanical assemblies
Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams during builds
Support in-house testing and machine runoffs
Interface with internal teams and customers throughout project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant technical background
Strong SolidWorks experience
Experience in machinery, automation, or capital equipment
Mechanical systems knowledge (power transmission, pneumatics, motion systems)
Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving ability
