Litigation Associate – Personal Injury (Tampa, Florida)
A well-established plaintiffs' firm known for handling high-value, complex litigation is looking to add a Litigation Associate to its Tampa team. This is a confidential search on behalf of a firm with a strong track record of achieving meaningful results for clients who have suffered serious harm. The firm values attorneys who are driven, thorough, and committed to client-centered advocacy.
About the Practice
The firm handles sophisticated, multi-party litigation on behalf of injured individuals and their families. Cases regularly involve extensive discovery, active motion practice, and preparation for — and participation in — trial, with a history of significant client recoveries.

Conducting case investigations and developing the factual record
Overseeing written discovery and document review processes

Junior associates typically participate as supporting trial counsel, with a clear pathway toward increased courtroom responsibility, including lead trial roles, as skills advance.
Client-facing work is a meaningful part of this position. You will regularly engage with individuals and families managing serious and life-altering situations, and will be expected to approach those relationships with care, discretion, and professionalism.
