Our client is a growing precision manufacturer serving aerospace, defence, medical device, robotics, EV, and industrial markets across North America and internationally.
We're seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to oversee the movement of raw materials and finished goods across a complex domestic and global supply chain. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating shipments, working with international suppliers, and ensuring production stays on schedule.
You'll work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders to manage everything from GTA deliveries and cross-border shipments to ocean freight imports and international logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across Canada, the United States, and international suppliers
Manage ocean freight imports, customs documentation, and cross-border transportation
Track shipments, resolve delays, and ensure on-time delivery of materials and finished goods
Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and transportation providers
Maintain shipping documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork
Support production scheduling and inventory planning through effective logistics coordination
Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities for process improvements and savings
Provide shipment updates and logistics support to internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
3+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, or shipping experience
Experience coordinating international freight and cross-border shipments
Knowledge of customs documentation and freight processes
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Experience within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or distribution environments is considered an asset
