We're partnering with a growing automation OEM that designs and builds custom automated manufacturing systems for leading automotive manufacturers across North America.

As a Senior Robot Programmer, you'll play a key role in developing, programming, commissioning, and optimizing robotic automation systems while working alongside a highly skilled team of engineers, designers, electricians, and project leaders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Program and commission Fanuc robotic systems

• Develop robot paths, program structures, and offline programming solutions

• Configure robot I/O, PLC communications, weld interfaces, and network architecture

• Support robotic welding and material handling applications

• Lead installations and commissioning activities both in-house and at customer sites

• Troubleshoot robotic systems and resolve technical issues

• Mentor junior robot programmers and support project execution

• Collaborate with engineering, controls, electrical, and project management teams

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of Robot Programming experience

• Strong Fanuc programming expertise

• Experience within custom automation or machine building environments

• Background in robotic welding, spot welding, arc welding, or material handling applications

• Knowledge of Ethernet/IP communications and robotic safety standards

• Ability to travel throughout North America as required

• Valid driver's licence and passport

Preferred Experience

• KUKA, ABB, or Yaskawa programming experience

• Offline simulation experience

• Automation, robotics, mechatronics, or related technical education
