We're partnering with a growing automation OEM that designs and builds custom automated manufacturing systems for leading automotive manufacturers across North America.
As a Senior Robot Programmer, you'll play a key role in developing, programming, commissioning, and optimizing robotic automation systems while working alongside a highly skilled team of engineers, designers, electricians, and project leaders.
This is an opportunity to work on technically challenging projects, mentor junior programmers, and contribute to innovative automation solutions that are deployed across North America.

What You'll Be Doing
Program and commission Fanuc robotic systems
Develop robot paths, program structures, and offline programming solutions
Configure robot I/O, PLC communications, weld interfaces, and network architecture
Support robotic welding and material handling applications
Lead installations and commissioning activities both in-house and at customer sites
Troubleshoot robotic systems and resolve technical issues
Mentor junior robot programmers and support project execution
Collaborate with engineering, controls, electrical, and project management teams
What We're Looking For
7+ years of Robot Programming experience
Strong Fanuc programming expertise
Experience within custom automation or machine building environments
Background in robotic welding, spot welding, arc welding, or material handling applications
Knowledge of Ethernet/IP communications and robotic safety standards
Ability to travel throughout North America as required
Valid driver's licence and passport
Preferred Experience
KUKA, ABB, or Yaskawa programming experience
Offline simulation experience
Automation, robotics, mechatronics, or related technical education
