Key Responsibilities
As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for:
Driving new member acquisition through lead generation and conversions
Engaging with leads and existing members through calls, follow-ups, and in-person interactions
Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term member relationships
Supporting Personal Trainers by generating and referring qualified leads
Ensuring the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently at all times
Meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets
Continuously identifying opportunities to improve member experience and club performance
Leading by example in creating a positive, energetic, and welcoming club culture

Previous gym management experience is not required, as full training will be provided. However, prior sales or customer-facing experience is highly valued.
Requirements
Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred)
Senior First Aid Certificate (or equivalent)
CPR Certification
Working With Children Check
National Police Check
