About the Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable, national professional services firm based in the United States. This is a fully remote, long-term position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and seeking stable, ongoing work with a well-established international employer.
Responsibilities
Processing and organizing administrative files
Accurately entering data into an internal case management system
Reviewing documents and identifying and removing duplicate pages
Downloading, naming, and managing electronic case files
Providing general administrative support (no client contact required)
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in data entry or administrative support roles
Strong English reading and writing skills
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
Ability to work US business hours (night shift for candidates outside the US)
Immediately available with no notice period required
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup
