European Logistics Sales Specialist/Manager
Drive European logistics growth across rail, road, sea, and air — build partnerships, close multi‑client deals, and deliver top‑tier service with local market savvy.
Key Responsibilities
● Responsible for expanding the European market across rail, road, sea, and air freight sectors, providing tailored one-on-one or multi-client marketing services.
● Identify potential clients (SME importers/cargo owners), monitor customer needs, provide timely feedback on progress, and expand the scope of product sales.
● Sign sales contracts and guide, coordinate, and audit accounts and records related to sales services.
● Handle complaints regarding sales and services professionally and provide high-quality after-sales support.
● Achieve departmental sales targets based on marketing plans; plan and execute sales activities within the designated territory.
● Accounts Receivable: Responsible for collecting accounts receivable related to sales operations.
Core Requirements
● Min. 2+ years of sales experience in the international logistics industry. Familiarity with the full-chain operation process of European cross-border logistics is essential. Experience in logistics sales or customer service is preferred.
● Possess existing resources of small-to-medium importers and cargo owners in Europe and be able to quickly align with business needs.
● The ideal candidate shall be proficient in business English communication, with hands-on experience or in-depth knowledge of business etiquette and client communication norms across key European markets including but not limited to Germany, France, the UK, Poland and Hungary, and capable of quickly adapting to the local team’s working pace and collaboration.
● Competencies:
○ Strong ability in client expansion and business negotiation.
○ Target-driven and capable of independently managing the full sales cycle (development - signing - collection).
○ Strong sense of service and emotional stability to handle emergencies effectively.
● Rigorous and responsible, with strict confidentiality awareness, and able to adapt to a high-intensity pace and performance pressure.
