People & Organisation Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced People & Organization Manager to lead and strengthen the organization’s core people practices. This is a key leadership position responsible for translating the overall People strategy into effective programs, scalable processes, and practical solutions that support business growth.
The successful candidate will combine strong HR expertise with commercial and organizational awareness, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership while building a high-performing People team.
Key Responsibilities
1. People Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop the HRBP and People Operations teams.
Set priorities, performance standards, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
2. HR Business Partnering
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, performance, talent development, engagement, and employee relations.
Provide guidance on complex people matters and ensure practical, compliant HR solutions.
3. Organizational Development
Lead initiatives across learning and development, career frameworks, performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
Support organizational design, change management, and team effectiveness initiatives.
4. Compensation & People Operations
Oversee compensation and benefits, salary reviews, incentives, promotions, job leveling, and benchmarking.
Drive efficient, consistent, and compliant People processes and policies.
5. Stakeholder Management & Culture
Act as a trusted People advisor to senior leadership and provide insights to support business decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen employee engagement, company culture, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2–3 years in a People Manager, HR Manager, Senior HRBP, or equivalent leadership position.
Experience working within a mid-sized or larger organization, ideally with 300+ employees.
Strong hands-on experience across HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, People Operations, and/or Compensation & Benefits.
Strong understanding of organizational strategy, workforce planning, talent management, and change management.
Proven ability to understand complex organizational challenges and translate them into practical people solutions.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with experience developing HR professionals.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Positive, energetic, and collaborative approach with strong personal credibility and presence.
